What’s Involved?

- (2) man crew will be on site
- Installers will mount and secure plasma TV
- Installers will remove all packaging and leave are in clean condition
- Installers will provide a short educational demonstration on plasma operation

*Additional Specifications

Warranty (Equipment and Labor)

envisionTEK Install Professionals will warranty parts and labor for a period of ninety (90) days following completion of each installation. The warranty does not include nor cover Equipment and/or Services not provided and installed by envisionTEK Install Professionals; and will not include the loss of services due to negligence, vandalism and/or acts of God at receive sites. In such events, envisionTEK Install Professionals will charge Customer its on-site services rates as set forth herein.

• Additional A/V Components must be within 10’ of Plasma Display and located in the same room, otherwise custom installation charges will apply.

• envisionTEK Install Professionals must receive confirmation that all relevant equipment is at the installation site before envisionTEK Install Professionals will schedule an installation.

• Mileage charges may apply for travel to remote sites; envisionTEK Install Professionals will inform Customer of this charge prior to providing service.

• Hook-up of Additional A/V Components and/or surround sound system occurs at the same time as Plasma Display installation.

• envisionTEK Install Professionals will instruct Customer on basic operation of Plasma Display.

• At Customer’s request, envisionTEK Install Professionals will connect Customer’s A/V Components to operate with Plasma Display and will instruct Customer on basic operation (not a lengthy tutorial).

• If Customer requests custom installation (e.g. programming of components or remote controls, installation of in-wall speakers, special cabling required, etc.) envisionTEK Install Professionals may do so and will charge Customer directly.
